Whole-istic Medicine™ Clinical Intensives

Whole-istic Medicine™ Clinical Intensives are advanced 4–6 week trainings for healthcare and healthcare-adjacent professionals who are ready to expand their clinical skillset to think like true medical detectives — learning to interpret functional labs, understand systems-level physiology, respect the clinical hierarchy of care, and view the body through a zoomed-out, whole-person lens.

These focused intensives offer a powerful entry point into the Whole-istic Medicine™ Methods, helping practitioners better support the increasingly complex, hormonally sensitive, and chronically inflamed clients showing up in today’s healthcare landscape.

The Lo Down Lab Lens:

Transform Functional Blood Chemistry from Markers to Meaning

Start Date: June 24th, 2026 - July 15th, 2026

What if I told you your patient’s biggest clinical clues are already right there in their routine bloodwork? You just haven’t been taught to see them (yet!)

The Whole-istic Medicine™ Clinical Intensive: Functional Blood Chemistry is a 4-week live training for practitioners who are ready to stop chasing individual lab markers and start understanding the full physiological story behind them.

You’ll learn how to interpret labs through a systems-based lens—using patterns, ratios, and relationships—to uncover what’s actually driving your client’s symptoms… even when everything appears “normal.”

See the clinical story inside standard bloodwork that no other provider has connected. And when you can see the story, you can finally change the outcome.

Lauryn Mohr

CEO of The Lo Down - Nutrition & Functional Medicine | Founder of Whole-istic Medicine™ Methods

Lauryn Mohr’s career across cardiac rehabilitation, diabetes education, corporate wellness, and functional medicine exposed her to a growing reality many practitioners are now feeling firsthand: patients stuck in cycles of healthcare that only offer symptom management without truly understanding what was driving their health struggles, while practitioners themselves are frustrated by the limitations of their conventional training that offers incomplete care for increasingly complex chronic illness cases.

In 2020, Lauryn opened her private practice, The Lo Down – Nutrition & Functional Medicine with a commitment to create something different for both patients and practitioners. This eventually evolved into the Whole-istic Medicine™ Methods — a systems-based approach rooted in the belief that true healthcare requires looking at source over symptoms. Rather than chasing isolated complaints or relying on endless spot treatments, Lauryn teaches practitioners how to think like medical detectives by understanding the hierarchy, interconnectedness, and context of physiology as a whole. Today, through her Clinical Intensives and 12-month Whole-istic Medicine™ mentorship program, she helps healthcare and healthcare-adjacent practitioners expand their clinical confidence, sharpen their critical thinking, and evolve their toolbox for the rapidly changing landscape of chronic illness and modern health.
